I recently had the pleasure of viewing gateway villas and I can't say enough good things about it. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautifully maintained grounds and the friendly, helpful staff. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. The community is quiet and safe, making it an ideal place to call home. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living experience.although the residents are very rude to the managers his name was David very very unprofessional coming in yelling because you can’t be responsible for your own life ? That’s not their job to guide you every step.

Very quiet places to live. The office staff are great people and very friendly and helpful and understanding to things. My boyfriend had some trouble ppl trying to seal his vehicle already got him for his work van but this can happen in any location the office is always been helpful with video and trying to catch the ones responsible we loved the addition of the dog park and the BBQ area. We always had good experiences with the maintenance team, they were always quick to respond to requests and get things fixed. Blair is amazing, she’s the absolute best manager.

My husband and I lived here for 4 years and it was a fantastic apartment for us. The new management company has done a lot to improve the complex, we loved the addition of the dog park and the paint job to the complex makes it look so nice. We always had good experiences with the maintenance team, they were always quick to respond to requests and get things fixed. Blair is amazing, she’s the absolute best manager. We would’ve stayed longer if our jobs hadn’t taken us to the other side of town. If you’re thinking about moving here, I highly recommend it, especially if you’re looking for a good starter apartment or a place close to the university.

This rating is towards this amazing staff. Blair has always been so friendly and helpful since the day that we were looking for our apartment. There were a couple of apartments that we had looked at, but Blair made this complex stand out more especially with her friendly and helpful personality. I have recently moved out because I needed a bigger space, but I would’ve loved to stay longer especially since almost everything has been renovated and the amenities are great. Moved here recently and love it Blair been amazing and so far they've stuck to the promise. I have upgrade home that looks gorgeous and pay respectful prices and even looked at other apartments who have horrible conditions but charge same price. Only issue is never being able to park cause random people parking in spots closer to your house which I know they are working extra hard to take care of and I believe some people live here park there as most of us have two cars so understanding. It's just been super hard for me to find a spot to park without walking couple blocks, not huge deal but one day my car had to be parked all the way at the end when I'm near the leasing office and pool, however I know they are doing everything they can to help solve this situation with security, and lots of beautiful upgrades. The park is amazing looking at to where I'm almost convinced if I didn't have a child to get a dog. They take amazing care of the place and Blair is absolutely amazing and sweet. She really takes your needs serious so far. I have a mold sensitivity and so far I've been here for months without issues. Almost same price as last place I lived at but paid almost same for no washer or dryer which I have now and ran into trashy homeless apartment complex in the past that smelled of urine that I no longer have to deal with since moving here. The new management is really sticking to their word, we also didn't have a pool running and was green from not being well maintained where as it looks like management is working hard to get the pool up and running by the summer which I'm looking forward, too! I understand not having the pool right now as it's way too cold for a dip but I can't wait to enjoy my summer here at the new bbq pit and pool area. They've done amazing since new management. Also they have a wonderful beautiful gym well maintenance and clean that I go to when I find the time with new equipment where my last apartment didn't have none of these amenities plus the free coffee when office is open and the lounge area which I still have yet to enjoy the lounge but I recommend stopping in for free fresh coffee ☕. I also love that they have computer area so if were to need something printed for my work or personal, I have that option as well.

I've lived here for about two years and when Gateway took over Blair and Heather have done a fine job managing,for example my window broke along with my dishwasher and they fixed it in two days including installing a new dishwasher.The maintenance men Roberto and Eddie fix everything perfect, now the company is remodeling everything perfect and beautiful, good prices and great value.

My name is Lori and I have been living at Gateway Villas (previously Sun Chase Apartments) since April 2018. When it was Sunchase it was nice but the trees and bushes were not kept cut back, the lighting was awful, the grounds were always messy and trash everywhere, the pool was closed more than open, and rent kept going up. Since the new management took over I have seen an exceptional amount of change. First, the lighting has all been changed and it feels much safer to me, the trees and bushes are trimmed and cut back to where you can see around them so no one can jump out at you, the apartment buildings outside have been painted and fixed and all the outside lighting on the building and porches have been changed to where it's much lighter. They have taken the never used golf putt area and changed it into a small dog park as well as placing grills outside so we can barbecue. Blair the assistance office manager is amazing. She has always followed through with any requests I have had and she is friendly and kind. It's nice to be able to call the office and if she's not there then there's either a call back or the request is fulfilled. Yes the rent has increased but the changes that have been made and will be made makes it worth it. I talked with Blair just today and she told me they are in the process of getting a gate to enter and exit the grounds as well as security to walk the area to help prevent those that don't belong out. At first I was not happy with the increase of rent, but the changes this company has made has made it all worth it. I feel more safe here now and will continue living here as long as I am able to. Thank you Gateway Villas.

In the last 7 months I lived here I see upgrades happening every day the office staff is very friendly we put in a repair order on a Wednesday afternoon and the work ordered was filled the next morning by Roberto the maintenance man and done right the first time we have covered parking which has been upgraded in the last 3 months with bright lights there are plenty of garbage dumpsters around the whole complex which makes it easy from wherever you're living and when it warms up will be able to use the swimming pool and the BBQs that got upgrades plus there are two computers to use in the computer lab in the upgraded office and comes with a printer also it makes it easy if you have kids who need stuff printed out for school or if you need to print boarding pass its fantastic I love living here and I recommended gateway villas as my home

I have lived in these apartments for 1 year and have now updated my lease. I think I'll stay here for a long time. The main reason I went here was the washer and the dryer. The building is quiet at night. Even though I live below, I can't hear from above. I have lived in apartments all my life and I have never had such quiet neighbors. The closest there is to the laundry in my apartment is the simplest of my life. Albertson's, and Walmart is a few miles away. There is a bus stop in front of my building. My coworker was looking for a place, and I did recommend Sunchase Apartments to them.

This was my very first apartment ever in my life and I definitely struggled to adult correctly during my two years here. I was habitual in delinquent payments but the owners never once harassed me. They always gave me whatever extension I needed as long as I communicated.I learned a lot here at Sun Chase and now I can move on and make better choices going forward to thrive and live the life I want. Wenny and David allowed my brother and I to mess up, fix our mistakes and learn from it. I am eternally grateful to these landlords, they have been more that accommodating. I will always remember my time spent here at Sun Chase. The whole experience has helped me grow tremendously.

These are the best apartments in Las Vegas. I lived in Las Vegas all my life and my aunt used to live here a few years ago. It still looks good, this is one of the few buildings in the area that maintain their properties. The maintenance is always fast and punctual.

I'm very quick to write a bad review when businesses offer poor services. But I have to be fair when I do get a better deal than the business gave me. The only other time I really thought a good review was warranted was at a deli in Brooklyn in New York which I reviewed quite well on Yelp. This apartment building was great for its price. I just moved out because my office moved to Connecticut. What I care about in an apartment building is: #1 how great the location is and #2 how nice the actual apartment is. This place was stellar on both of those measures. The apartment itself has laundry inside and tile floors, which I couldn't find ANYWHERE when I first started looking (or they asked for an arm and a leg). This place is so close to the Strip. There are 2 grocery stores across the street. There is also a Walmart Sam's Club about 5 minutes away. I found myself using my car much less than when I lived in my previous apartment in Summerlin (in Summerlin you have to drive for literally hours to get anywhere, and there's still tons of crime in Summerlin!). Despite being so close to The Strip and the hustle bustle of Las Vegas, there's not much crime. I couldn't believe it because my grandson (who is a Las Vegas resident) told me that it was dangerous to live around the Strip. This place must be an exception. All my neighbors were so quiet I thought no one even lived in them! The management team was nothing to write home about, but that's not how I judge apartments since management teams come and go. The best things about this place are the things that don't change, like the convenient location and the laundry machines inside the apartment. Nobody bothers you here. It's a good place to stay for a little while. JUST move here, you won't regret it.

I live here for 2 years it's a nice place to start your hustle and prepare familys to build your credit and career and may be bye your own home one day. Tenants dont bother no body ,everybody just working no time to bicker and complain .just work your way out .a pool ,park next door my neighbor and i find time shoot hoops ,I take my grandson toddler to the playground on the swings .and we have all the establishment that around us from food ,autozone,dollar store.and bus stops wright in front .If your head is on straight and you just want to live happy and succeed foward this place is home for now.

In my opinion this is an excellent place. Going on 4 years now. Management is nice. The staff is nice. It's safe. If there are any issues with maintenance they take care of it immediately. And I've never had any issues with roaches. Try getting a place close to the office... Just a note - If you have roaches, then maybe you're not keeping your kitchen or your apartment clean!

I recognize the person who left the last review…they always let their dog poop outside my door even just this morning when I left to go to WORK, something I've never seen any of them do. Hopefully this means they're leaving. This place has been okay for me except for having to deal with their whole crew. Bit poetic how they wrote that their first reaction to seeing some roach bait on their floor was to touch it.

Looked at a place there recently, was still trying to decide, but now I think I'll definitely rent there now that I see they regularly reject felons with numerous evictions and keep away the type that cause problems. I notice one of the previous reviewers compained about being denied from having multiple felonies an evictions. Good for them keeping him out!

I was a resident for six years and recently moved into a house of my own. I must say I was truly happy and satisfied by the staff and upkeep of the complex. Every work order was filled within 24 hours, I never had to worry about any potential theft. All of the neighbors were friendly and the owners were always on property when you needed them. If you want live in a pet/kid friendly apartment complex that is inexpensive Sunchase is the best place.

The staff is very good, they had a couple of bad residents, Daniel (review here) and Emily (review here) who caused all kinds of disruption to the other residents but the staff is getting them out. Daniel blew off fireworks several times a year even when it wasn't fourth of july. And Emily and her family hogged the pool all the time and broke the gates so that others couldn't use the pool. Emily's family is so noisy, yelling all the time, dogs barking and going without a leash. It will be even much nicer once these bad residents are out.

My family and I have lived here for several years now and it is a great place. Good location, clean grounds and a large and spacious 2 bed/2bath unit. One thing I really like is we haven't had any pest infestation problems whatsoever which is not something we've had with other apartments in the past. Maintenance service is prompt as well. Would recommend.

I have loved living here! Apartment was extremely clean and staff are always friendly. Nice trails throughout the complex. Major thing for me was for the place to be pet friendly, which Sun Chase most definitely is. Others have mentioned it but the location is perfect.
